Subject:Scoring an AVI with Acid?

I've got an AVI file that I want to put some music to with Acid Pro 2.0. I also own Sound Forge 4.5 and I know that it will let me apply my music to the AVI, so that takes care of the actual creation of the scored AVI. But what's the best way to actually work on the score within Acid? The content lends itself to looped music and Acid makes it SO easy to experiment with different things -- but I'd like to be able to see the timing of certain hit points, see how well the music applies to the on-screen content, and so on. I know it's possible to export the project as a WAV, go into Sound Forge, apply the WAV to the AVI and run it... but that's hardly an efficient way to go when I may have to do that dozens/hundreds of times over the course of a 10-minute AVI project. Any suggestions? -- jeff |
