I've just installed sound forge audio studio 9 which came with vegas. Previously, I used sound forge 7 to create loops of samples. It was easy, make a selection, press "L", tweak settings, save Wav file. done. In Sound forge audio studio 9 there doesn't seem to be any way to create a loop that saves with the file. If I open a wav file with a loop from SF7 I can see a "sustaining loop" in the time ruler. How do I create a sustaining loop in SF9? Thanks, Matt |

I think these loop editing facilities are only included in the full version of Sound Forge, not in the cheaper, cut-down, Audio Studio version. If you upgrade to the full version of SF9 you should find that the loop editing tools work as you are familiar with in SF7. Mark |
