Subject:Acid 2.0

Installed Acid 2.0 that came bundled with our Matrox
RT2000. When I try to open the program, the splash screen
comes up and it freezes. At the bottom of the screen in the
system tray it says "rundll". When I right click
on "rundll" and close it out, an error message comes up but
I can't see it because it's behind the splash screen. If I
close "rundll" or not I always have to reboot my computer
at that point. I've defragmented my disk and reinstalled
Windows 2000 Professional to no avail.
My husband has the exact same computer and Acid works
perfectly.

HELP!!
