Subject:SF6.0e Noise Reduction serial freezes program

I have just recently re-installed Sound Forge 6.0e and the noise reduction tool after a re-format so that I can complete my weekly work. However, when I go to enter the noise reduction serial the program freezes, and the tool will not work otherwise. Does anyone have any suggestions about fixing this? I should also add that the program will connect to the server to register the program ( I was registered previously). Thank You.

I haven't had a similar problem but you might try this link to talk to a human at Sony.
