Subject:S.F. 9 - Voice Eraser Plug-in

Purchased and downloaded Sound Forge Audio Studio 9 from Sony.
Included in confirmation e-mail was serial numbers for both "Studio 9" and "Voice Eraser". After installation, was never asked to enter the key for voice eraser and it remains inactive. Anyone know what I can do to get Voice Eraser to appear? It appears under "tools" but stays greyed out. thanks
