Subject:Recognizing .mts files

I use Vegas Movie Studio Vrs. 9 to edit my HD video .mts files. I used to open video files in Sound Forge Audio Studio 9.0 and save the audio in a separate file. Since I started working with the .mts files I get a message that the file type is not recognized. Do I need to upgrade to Pro Studio 10 in order to open the .mts files?

There isn't a "Pro Studio 10," but assuming you mean Sound Forge Pro 10, you should download the trial version first to be sure it opens your files.
