Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it essentially
means Acid has saved a zero length file. Check the file
size to make sure, but most likely your file is gone.

If you've been making somewhat regular saves as, say,
Project.acd, your second-to-last save should still be
stored in the same directory as your other file with the
name Project.acd-bak (unless you de-selected the
preference "Create project file backups on save")--we added
this feature just for cases like this. Just rename it to
Project2.acd, and it should open as your project was two
saves ago.

Hope this helps,
Joel
