How come there is so many temp files building up in the
Acid Beta 3.0/Temp/Acid Pro directory Temp1 through 16 and
every temp file has buffer Undo and Redo why not just have
one file that keeps writing over itself?

The reason you find multiple temp files is that ACID 3.0
keeps a list of the actions so you will be able to undo
multiple items rather that just limiting you to your last
action. Pretty cool, huh?

Hi again
Yeah its pretty cool but arent they supposed to delete when
you close the project. I thought the redo undo history
cleared when you close the project.

Let me know

See ya

Hi. Since I've been the one writing you about your
problems with crashing ACID... I know why you have temp
directories building up. Since your media is put in the
temp directory- that directory is not deleted if you crash
ACID3. So, if you've crashed ACID multiple times that
would explain your build-up of temp directories.

So can I delete all but the most recent?

Yep.

Actually, if you don't have ACID open- you can go ahead and
delete all of the sub-temp folders within the main temp
folder. ACID will just create a new folder next time you
open.
