Subject:batch converter adding "sound stuttering" to files

Hi there,

A coworker and I both have Sound Forge 10a installed.

We're using a batch job script that performs the following steps:
- DC offset removal
- Channel converter
- normalize
- Sony Noise Gate
- Auto Trim / Crop
- Insert Silence at start
- Resample to 8k

This works nicely on my computer, but on her's, the audio files all have a looping / stuttering of some last portion of the file introduced / added to the end of the file.

Any thoughts?

She can use other batch jobs (or at least this one) and it'll work fine.

- Channel Converter
- DC Offset
- Normalize
- Auto Trip / Crop
- Insert Silence
- Resample to 8k

So, it seems like the culprit could be the Sony Noise Gate step. But that makes no sense, as it's not like that's some exotic add in or something.
