Acid Pro 2.0 Recording Guitar over tempo changes -ACID Product Family

When I write a song that is going have tempo changes, I'll get the drum loops down first and then record guitar, bass, vocals. However I can't get the guiatar, bass, vocal tracks to record correctly over the tempo changes. Has anyone else had this problem? I've tried a couple of different settings to get this to work but I can't figure it out. Currently the only way around this is to record the guitar/bass/vocal parts in separate pieces around the tempo changes.Any suggestions? Thanks
