It doesn't seem that there are that major of differences from vers. 9 to vers. 10. I'm debating whether to upgrade or to wait until vers. 11. Are there any features in 10 that are that outstanding that I can't live without? In just looking at the specs I don't really see any. I will be upgrading my Vegas program, but Sound Forge doesn't seem that important as far as changes. Thanks |

Version 10 has an event editing mode. This makes it much more like Vegas in that you can have bits and pieces of files on the timeline and drag them around, rearranging them, crossfading them, etc in a non-destructive way. Version 9 only handles this in a very basic, limited way and doesn't allow multiple events to remain free and movable. |
