Subject:Missing Favorite Folders Dialogue

I have a favorite folder on an external usb hard-drive. When the drive is not available and SoundForge 10 starts, a dialogue pops up asking me whether I want to keep the folder as a favorite shortcut. It does this every time SoundForge is started. Is there anyway to keep the favorite folder and suppress the dialogue so it doesn't happen each time.
