Subject:acid pro 3 demo shutdown problems

i installed acid pro 3 demo -it runs ok --but when i shut
the programe down i keep getting a Kernal error and the
computer locks up -this happens every time
i also have acid pro 2 which runs perfect
can anyone help
i have a soundblaster live sound card win 98se amd k2350
