Subject:Where do you put .dll VST Plugin on PC

Sorry for silly newbie question. What directory do I place VST plugins in. I'm running SF10a. I assume it is somewhere below C:/Program Files/Sony/Sound Forge Pro 10.0.

In case it matters, I specifically wish to install the "Spitfish" audio plug-in for de-essing audio.
