Subject:Midi external tone generator

Hi people
I've got an xg tone generator from Yamaha (MU80) but i
couldn't find a way to make it receive signals from a midi
track in acid.

In the manual, i saw something about not being able to
communicate with external unit. Is this true or did i just
misinterpret the manual?

YOu need to enable an external MIDI port in the Preferences
| MIDI page. Select the device that is connected to the
MU80 and make sure the check mark is set.

You can then route any MIDI track to this device.
