Subject:I need help getting Acid 3.0 free upgrade !!!

I purchased Acid 2.0 and saw the free upgrade to 3.0
but I have a problem. The form said that all submissions
had to be postmarked by April 30,2001. I bought my copy on
April 5 and didn't find out how to get the free upgrade
until today(May 15). I mailed my upc code in when I
registered Acid 2.0. My question is how am I supposed to
get the upgrade when I have all of this? The whole process
was a little confusing to me! Please tell me what to do...I
want my 3.0!

Sonic Foundry said don't worry about the postmark date, and
as far as the boxtop just write a letter explaining what
you did and I'm sure it will be ok, you can also call 1-800-
57-sonic and talk to someone in customer service and they
will set you up.
