Subject:Midi Problem in Acid 3 ( PART 3)

A little addition to my previous posting.I'm not sure but it seems to me that Acid 3 doesn't understand or transmit correctly the midi note off message to the midi modules its supposed to triger sound from. This leads the synth modules to extend their polyphony after a few chords are played. Please check this out if you please.I'm a musician/songwriter for many years now and always used hardware for most of my music making.Acid was the first piece of unique software that got me hooked in investing on a PC and the Windows platform. If this problem is sorted the only addition i 'd like to see is real midi editing inside Acid. This would make the Acid/SoundForge combination the only software you'll ever need to make music for a lot of people and mostly proffessionals. Thanks in advance again.

I wrote the tech. support on this one, so I'll hope to have a quick answer soon.
If one cannot just play midi the way it should then why integrate into the software? As far as I know the only audio/video software which is capable of fully integrating midi is Nuendo from Steinberg (ok, it's not cubase but still...).
at first i was guite surprised/enthousiastic about acid but now I feel (got the urge) I have to 'do my own thing' in acid, using the(great)loops merely/only as a start or basis for a track or song. the trick for me is/ will be to make music in acid that will not sound like 'acid' if you know what I mean. therefore the midi integrating for me is essential.
finally, until this major midi problem (which is obviously the non-editable thing) is solved I guess they should leave the "pro" from acid. let's be honest, anyone can make 'music' in acid.
