Subject:Serial Number Not Accepted After Trial Expired

Hello,
After many years with SF4.5, I built a new computer and decided to see what all was new in SF10. After my trial expired. I purchased the upgrade online and received my new serial number. When I started the SF10 application, it states the trial has expired and to enter your serial. When I enter it, and submit, it has the pop up that it must restart my computer. The hour glass comes on a second then returns back to the same "trial expired" input screen. I'm currently running Win XP Pro w Quad Core. This is a fresh build. Is there a file in the registry that needs deleted after the trial? This computer is offline and will not be on the internet with only recording software.

Any help is greatly appreciated....Dennis

Uninstall the trial version using a third party uninstall utility. I use the freeware Revo Uninstaller, which removes no longer relevant registry entries and other junk files. Reinstall SF-10.
If that does not work, call customer service and/or tech support.

Thanks for the tip on the uninstall app, I'll give it a try.
