Sorry, I'm very new to acid. I was just wondering how I can play a clip in Acid in reverse, by which i mean playing it backwards. Is it possible?

it is with sound forge. i'm not sure if you can do it with out it though.

Just kiddin' I have never seen anybody able to do it.

But sounds like it has possibilities

I'm pretty sure that ACID cannot paint or draw in a track so that the loop itself doesn't sound reversed.

The track can, however, be painted or drawn in from right to left rather than left to right, effectively letting you paint or draw from the end of the loop to the beginning. Certainly doesn't hurt to have that option.

Sound Forge and its less-powerful cousin, Sound Forge XP, both have the capability to actually reverse a loop if you so desire.
