Subject:Help with Sound Forge 10 scripting

Hello,does anyone know of anywhere to get hep with SF 10 scripting? I tried the scripting forum here but it seems to be dead. I want to know how to select the time line 2 seconds forward from the cursor and create a region using scripting.
