Stutter problems -ACID Product Family - MAGIX Community Forums Archive

I have encountered a stutter problem that really seems to be stuck in the project somehow. I used to occasionally encounter this problem with Vegas Pro as well. About 70 seconds or so into the song, two short stutters have been somehow introduced, and they will not go away, even if I mute other tracks, turn off effects, etc. When rendering the song, they go away, but working in the small corrupted area is nearly impossible. When I get back to the pc I intend to try copying all of the tracks and pasting them into a new project to see if that eliminates the problem. Has anyone else encountered this? I have plenty of system power, and again, the problem does not seem to be related to how hard my system is working.
