Subject:Lost Keyboard shortcuts

Just opened up 10a and my keyboard shortcuts are gone. The ini files are not found and Sound Forge isn't creating any new ini files . I'm going to contact support but has anyone else experienced this and solved the problem.

I've had a similar problem happen with ACID. Some (not all) of my keyboard shortcuts inexplicably reverted back to their defaults, even though the keyboard map title displays my customized shortcuts.
