Subject:Playback error!

Hey everyone. My copy of ACID XPress doesn't work at all. It never plays anything. Whenever I try to play something it always says "An error ocurred while starting playback. An invalid device was specified." I got it to work only once after installing the DirectX 6 runtimes downloaded from this site. But when I came to it today, it didn't work at all. Can anybody help me out?

Hello,

Go into options prefs. then select audio tab and select you sound card device and make sure that the other settings in there are compatible with your sound card
