I have so many plugins that it takes me half an hour and it's a total PITA. PLEASE make it possible to carry plugin organization over from version to version. PLEASE.

As to your other question about making th organization portable so you shouldn't have to redo it every time you install a new version of SF - so it takes 30 minutes - big deal. I know it's a pain but it only has to be done, what, maybe once a year for each new major version (say like going from 9 to 10). If you're adventurous enough you could go into the Windows Registry and copy over the entries from an old version (say SF9) to where the registry entries exist for SF10. Registry editing isn't for the faint of heart. You're better off spending the time doing a manual reorganization inside SF instead. Jack
