Audio Scrubbing in Sound Forge 8 -Sound Forge - PC

Subject:Audio Scrubbing in Sound Forge 8 Posted by: joyelectricity Date:3/29/2010 11:24:41 AM I own Sound Forge 8, have for several years now, and I never knew it had a scrubbing function till I looked in the manual and the help file. But I can't find out how to enable Audio Scrubbing. I looked in the help file and in my manual and it said to look in options, preferences, and I can't find it there. I have a retail disk that came in a box and with a manual and serial code, I registered it online too. The manual and help file says scrubbing is only available in the full version is my copy not a full version of sound forge 8?

Make sure you have the Transport/Scroll bar displayed. ( File> Properties> Display" ; check-mark "Scrollbar" ) See the Left/Bottom of window, and just to the right of "Rate" is a horizontal fader.

Confirm you do have SF 8.0. ("Help> About Sound Forge") Displays version & build.
Make sure you have the Transport/Scroll bar displayed.
