Subject:ACID crashes when CPU load achieves 100%

GPF in kernel32. It happens under both Win98SE and Win2k. I don't think that this is normal. If ACID can't operate properly when CPU is 100% loaded, it must generate a recoverable error, kinda message box "Not enough resources". Does any workaround exist for this problem?
