Subject:Sound Forge Audio Studio Ver. 10 and MPEG Plugin

I purchase Sound Forge Audio Studio 10 and the MainConcept MPEG-1&2 Standard Plugin today. I installed Sound Forge and entered the serial number and it was supposed to ask for the plugin serial number too as far as I know. I am unable to load MPEG files because they are not included in the supported files list and when I choose "All Files," they show up but won't load. I have no idea where this plugin is. When I downloaded the file from Sony, it indicated that the plugin was included. I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help?

FWIW, I see different information in the product comparisons for SF Pro-10 / SF AS-10
According to the comparisons list under SF Pro-10, both support MPEG 1 & 2..
"QuickTime™ and MPEG-1 & 2 Import"

In the SF-AS10 product comparisons, MPEG is not listed in either. Nor can I find any mention of MPEG anywhere on the AS10 product pages.

I would contact (phone) customer service . (Not tech support)
