Well i updated my win98 to win98 2nd edition,
and re-installed ACID 3.0,

BUT IT DIDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING TO MY ISSUE (i.e. my previous post).

So, please next time i call you (sf support guys) give me a good tip to resolve this issue, and not that kinda tip that doesn't work.

Well,

Maybe you can try what I wanted you to try. From earlier post:

I understand everything is the same in your bios because I was going by your version.

What I wanted you to do is redetect your hard drives with the 80 cond. cable installed

You need to set everything to auto in you drive settings then redetect your drives under hard drive detection and with the 80 conductor cable installed it won't hurt your system to use that cable and it might detect the drive better.

And you can see it's still not working :(.

I'm so unlucky with this software !

Hey did you ever try the solution that this other guy did? He had the same problems as you.

He coppied the loops for each song into the same folder he would keep his songs in like when you save a song click the check box that says copy all media with project file. And your always going to have to keep your buffer turned way up no matter what happens.

I thought that you didn't try the redetection because that other guy told you to take the 80 cond. cable out before you got back to me about redetecting the drives. So I think you should try it again with the 80 cond. cable and leave it in, it won't hurt anything to leave it in. I use all 80 cond. cables in my system. If anything it will give you better data transfer.

But anyway I hope you get this resolved. Good Luck
