Subject:Track Numbering

I just started using Acid. I've created a few projects with the software that are long. How can I take (for example) a 30 minute project and break it into 6 or 10 tracks to allow easy navigation thru the CD without fast forwarding? If it is possible to do so, will I be able to hear when it goes from one track to another, or will it be seamless?
