Subject:error with FX

I have installed and reinstalled my FX1 and FX2 and get this error message when I try to use them:
(I am not at my computer so I am not sure if this is the exact wording of the message)
One or more components are missing. Unable to use FX.
I am registered so what could be the problem?
Someone please respond.

It sounds like some components of the Express FX may be missing or corrupted. If you reinstall the plug-ins, that should fix the problem.

Thanks, I did reinstall the FX (1&2packages)twice now.
Maybe I need to uninstall and completely reinstall acid pr0 2 and the FX.
