Ok the solution of my issue was that my ACID pro 3.0 has a conflict with my older ACID 2.0's database. So i just had to clean up my regeistry of my database with regedit.exe, and re-install my ACID pro 3.0 that is on the cd. And eveything went well.

I'm a bit disapointed of SF support but i'm really happy that guys such as RockitGlider exists on this planet :)
