Subject:Dibeng.dll errors from Acid 3

Hi all,

I've been getting illegal operation shut-downs caused by Acid 3. Shuts the program down. Only occurs in Win 98se, not in Win 2000. In Win 2000 it just freezes up altogether. The dibeng.dll error has to do with the display. Maybe Acid 3 and my Radeon VE drivers don't get along. Any ideas?

Also, does anyone have trouble when running 2 loop cd's in two different cdroms at the same time? Would that explain Win 2000 freezing?

I'm holding my breath but after doing the win 2000 tweaks from prorec.com and the win95/98 tweaks from Audio Forums I've had great success with Acid 3! No bad news and error messages.

I stressed her out in 98, running 30 loops at one time for over a minute, no stops, but as you can guess, the song was a bit "busy"! :) I've yet to try mixing midi tracks, straight recording and loops, but am hopeful. I've been wanting Acid 3 to be my primary app.
