Subject:SF10 and windows 7 x64 color scheme question

Hello,
when having multiple windows open in SF10, the borders of the individual windows are and remain pale blue, whatever color I change in Windows7.
Not only is the pale blue ugly, but a selected window barely changes color or darkens, so that it's very hard to see which window is actually selected. I couldn't find the element related to those window borders in the color sttings of windows7.
also, the color settings in SF10 for the wave files have the saturation and brightness grayed out. Why?
Any solution available to change this?
