Loud Pop/Buzz at end of CD created with SF 5.0 -Sound Forge - PC

After burning several tracks I close the CD to play it as usual. The process works fine with no errors reported & tracks play fine with no glitches between tracks. Note all tracks start at a zero crossing point and fade to zero level. All have zero reported DC offset. However on every CD I have made there is an awful sounding pop/sizzle that occurs at the end of every last track on the CD. It is very unacceptable, especially considering the level at which it occurs. Does anyone know of what could be the cause? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks, -Alex
