I'm running 64bit sys

Any ideas?

Got it, just had to use it in for authorization and installation.

I'm having trouble getting vocal eraser to work also. I get the window to adjust "suppression", Vocal Panning and Stereo width etc....but no luck after playing around with the adjustments. Are there any step by step ;instructions on how to use this feature?
I found some videos on how to use "eraser" for VMS9...but it says to click on "Change Channels" under Process tab....but that option is not available in VMS10HD Suite.
Help, please.
