Hello,

This is going to be done better if using both Acid and Video Factory or Vegas Video. Using both programs together gives you alot more control. I like the MP3 encoder in Acid, and the Video handling in Video Factory. And the sound track is easier to put together in Acid rather than VF or Vegas.
