Subject:insert silence bug?

Hi,
I'm having trouble with the Insert Silence function in the batch converter of SF9. It always reverts to 00:00:00 no matter the input or preset selected.
Is this the case with other users?
I submitted a tech support ticket 3 days ago with no reply.

You are very observant. Good catch! SF9 does indeed have a bug. It's all fixed by version 10. Thanks for putting in the trouble ticket and reporting back your findings.
