Registration problem with Acid -ACID Product Family

Well to my surprise it gave a registration error and said that the serial number was not in the database... For me this is starting to be the last straw with their registration process. I have had problems in the past, and it's always been there. I think it's time they made a change to this online registration... Anyway, I want to try Acid Xpress 3.0, someone let me know what I can do... -THANKS
