Double-click the track's icon in the track list, select the "Stretch" tab and change the "Number of Beats" to alter that particular track's tempo. NOTES: You can only do this for loops and Beatmapped tracks; you cannot do it for One-Shots (nor would I recommend it). Go in increments of 2x. For example, if a track was originally 8 beats, double that to 16, 32, or 64. Conversely, you can divide by 2 as well. If the track was 8 beats, make it 4 or 2 beats. Increasing the number of beats, naturally, stretches the tempo. Decreasing the number of beats shortens the tempo. You also might be able to only go so far with a loop. For example, you're allowed to go 16 beats from the original 8 beats but not to 32 beats. Don't know if this is a bug or not.
