Vegas 9 Registration issue

Wondering if anyone else is having an issue registering Vegas Video 9... I keep getting an error code that either my Machine code or Serial number code is wrong and the registration fail. What am I to do?

Is this a new install of Vegas 9 or have you had it installed before?

You can send an email to support and they should be able to get you going..
