I have found that the quality of mp3 files created using SF Audio Studio 10 is poor. I get a much better quality using the free Audacity software (which I would still use if I could get a version that worked as well with Win7 as it does with earlier versions of Windows).
Has anyone else found this?
Note - I convert vinyl by using an Edirol USB Audio Interface (UA-1EX) between turntable pre-amp and desktop PC.

Are your encode settings or custom pre-sets the same as in earlier versions of SF?
AFAIK, I don't think SCS changed the Fraunhofer encoding engine.
Personally, I favor WinLAMErc3 with many more pre-sets, parameters and batch encoding, in addition to HP, LP filters, quality settings, ect. via a simple text file code..
