HELP!!!CANT OPEN PLUGIN CHAINER IN SOUND FORGE 8!!!!

I am a long time user of Acid and Sf. I have never had this issue before! Both shorcut(green button) and keyboard prompt do nothing. Re-installed SF and it worked until I closed the plugin chainer, then poof it was gone! I am stumped. Any help would be great. I feel like a newbie!
