After reading the User Agreement, I'm still unsure about using the loops on the various cd-rom's for commercial purposes - can I use these drum loops to record a cd and then sell the cd without getting sued? Can the songs be played on radio? Or do I need to obtain seperate authorization as is the case with sampling? HELP ME!!

Hello,

Yes, the loops are free to use commercially. Once you create a composition with the loops you are free to do whatever you want with it. The only thing you cannot do with our loops is redistribute them outside of a composition.
