Subject:Waves renmaxx plug in problem

Waves renaissance maxx shows up only as IDR stereo in soundforge 9 and sony vegas pro 8 and cant get it as a plug in into cubase sx3 (has waves/others and IDR stereo grayed out.) I understood there should be 10 plug ins.

I am a newbie and a pensioner hoping to put polish on my album, everything done mostly in sony vegas pro 8 except this polish!
