Subject:Can't Install All Of My Plugins

I just installed Soundforge Pro 10 and I was able to install the bulk of my plugins but I'm trying to install the Sonitus plugins that came with Cakewalk's Sonar 8.5. I know that they are stored in the Cakewalk shared plugins folder and when I go to VST Effects tab in Soundforge preferences and browse to that folder where it says alternate VST search folder they don't show up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Please fill out your system specs in your user profile.

What OS are you running on?

If on 64 bit Win OS, are you running the 64 bit version of Sonar?

What is the exact directory path you are pointing Forge to for the Cakewalk plug-ins?

If you are running the 64 bit Sonar and pointing Forge to the 64 bit plug-in directory of Sonar, then Forge will not be able to scan or use them as Forge is a 32 bit app.

[edit]
It appears that the Sonitus plug-ins are DirectX, and not VST. If they are 64 bit, then Forge will not see them.

I have Sonar X1 64 bit installed. Vegas 64 sees the Sonitus plugins, but Forge does not since it is a 32 bit app.

I also have a machine with 32 bit Sonar installed. Vegas 64 does not see them as Vegas cannot load 32 bit DirectX plug-ins, but Forge does see them.
