Subject:Changing Key - Not available on all loops?

I'm a brand new user
Question is - can you change keys on any of the available loops libraries?

I just dl'd "Emerald Eyes" the latest 8-pak and while I could change the key of the orchestral loops I could not change the key of the Spanish guitar loops

I can't see why you wouldn't be able to...
Some loops, for example, have 'don't transpose' under their properties... just go in and designate a key.
With one-shots, no, there's no way to adjust the key.
