I'm using Soundforge 9 and some tools aren't working.
Click and Crackle Remover
Clipped Peak Restoration
Audio Restoration

Any ideas?

Can you be more specific. Not appearing or 'appearing' but not working? If this is SF-9, (not Audio Studio) those are part of the NR-2, noise reduction plug-in package. It may not be installed or was inadvertently uninstalled, as is known to happen sometimes when uninstalling other SCS apps.

If 'not working' specify File types/format, length, ect. Do other plug-ins work normally?
Are the Wet and Dry parameters set in the plug-in window's "More" tab. for instance Wet= 0.00 Dry= -Inf.

I'm using SF-9. When I try to use the click and crackle remover I get nothing. No screen appears. I tried different files-wave, Mp3. It works on my other system.
I'd like to avoid having to reinstall because I have so many VST plugins. Everything is working except the second group from the top under Tools. I never tried the audio restoration or noise reduction before but I've used the click and crackle remover before.

Are the NR plug-ins greyed-out in the "Tools" menu? Have you tried accessing them though the plug-in chainer. I believe the "Tools> Audio Restoration" process is not part of the NR-2 plug-in suite, which is a separate download, and in some cases must be installed separately.
Try installing or re-installing just the NR-2 plug-in suite... which by-the-way are 'Direct X' plug-ins. (not a VST ) Even if you do uninstall/reinstall SF9, that should not remove your VST plugs, which are *.dll files and normally in a separate "VST" and/or "Steinberg VST" folder in "Program files".

Addendum: You could also just copy your VST folder(s) to a separate drive if you're real paranoid. (I wish I had done that a few years ago when my OS drive sh-t-da-bed.
