Subject:plugs in demo mode

Hi
on SF10c, all my plugs except the registered isotopes are in demo / beep mode. I have serial for the FX 1,2 and 3 packs that won't work, and got sent an authentication code when I registered them with no explanation whatsoever as to where to enter it.
Been researchin and googling the issue for almost 2 hours now and found no or explanations help on the sony site.
very frustrating.
Does anyone here know how to solve this?
