Subject:Help!!!! Posted by: BENN Date:9/1/2001 3:02:26 AM Hi, can sombody help me please .... I'm new to ACID music and recently bought the downloadable version of ACID DJ 3.0. The application downloaded ok, however I cannot find any of the 600 free loops that are supposed to come free with the software. Have I done something wrong or are these extra ? It was mailed automatically and I received it about a week later. You may want to call or e-mail customer service just to be sure if you have any doubts. Billy Buck

I would suggest you e-mail SF to make sure you ordered what you wanted. There are a few different ways you can order Acid, so check with them to make sure you asked for the right thing. Ex: You can order a boxed version: app + loops are shipped to you. You can order download with loop CD: download the app and the loops CD is shipped to you. You can order download without loop CD: no loops CD is shipped to you. In my case, I didn't get the free loops CD because the duty and shipping charges were more expensive than buying a loop CD here in Canada. That's why you should make sure you ordered the second option, not the third. Later.
