Hello
I have sound forge 9 build 441 and have been using the program for several years. My question. I recently purchased a lap top and I have not linked it to a personal network with my PC can I use my origional software disc and up load to my laptop so I can work on my projects when some one else is on the PC. And if I can how do I go about doing that with the registration

You can use you orignal disc, or better download the latest update, and install it on a number of your computers, so long as only being used onm one at a time.

After installs on (usually) 4 machines (or significantly-changed machines), you may need to ask SCS Customer Support for more 'authorisations'.

Thanks Geoff for getting back so quick. I'am confused about the registration I have already registered on my PC but the laptop is asking me to register on either that machine or some other machine or register later. If I select register later it tells me to select one of the other 2 options. I don't want to screw up the registration do you have any suggestions

Jeff

Each PC must be registered separately. Your SF-9 serial number will always be the same, but the Registration code / Machine ID will be different on each computer.
